Triggers: What is a trigger?

• A trigger is a mechanism that initiates a specific action from your agent

• Example: Every 30 minutes perform task Y

• Example: Whenever someone mentions my bot, automatically respond to them

Name & Description

• These fields are solely for your reference to identify your trigger

How Often Should The Trigger Run?

• The Specific Minute option is used when your trigger needs to run less frequently than once per hour

• Example: If you configure your agent to run once per hour and select specific minute :05, it will activate at 12:05, 1:05, 2:05, 3:05, etc.
